Research Centre for Agrivoltaics Saxony-Anhalt

We develop practice-oriented research installations in which food and feed production is combined with photovoltaic systems and coupled with biodiversity elements. Agricultural production remains the primary focus throughout.

As a research group we are closely networked and can draw on a long-standing, proven link between theory and practice. This allows us to address complex challenges in agrivoltaic research efficiently and comprehensively.

The team

The project brings together expertise from ecology, photovoltaics, remote sensing and sensor technology as well as agricultural science at Anhalt University.
